Azzurra

Napoli, 1996

In her search for life, the relationship that art has with the everyday is central.

She considers artistic languages as means to explore subjectivity and allow everyone to view the world from multiple perspectives.

She specialized in "Art Education and Cultural Mediation of Artistic Heritage" at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples and later obtained a second-level master's degree in “Cultural Mediation and Educational Services in Museum Contexts” at the Suor Orsola Benincasa University.

Since 2017, she has been curating experimental interdisciplinary educational projects for children, teenagers, and adults

activating experiences between participatory art and libertarian education and small curatorial practices

based on the principle of active observation.

She has been working for years with cultural associations, festivals, foundations, and social cooperatives.

Currently, she is focused on the individual's use of exhibition spaces, a research between body and mind, inhibitions and stimuli. What does it mean to inhabit the museum space?

For some years, she has discovered the beneficial effects of writing on her body and soul.

Since then, she writes poems and short essays.

In 2023, together with Armando Di Caprio,

she published Per_corsi di deriva. (d)istruzioni per l'uso, a booklet that encompasses methodologies and experiments of a practice yet to be discovered.
